2008 December District Committee Meeting

Hi All,

I would like to welcome Devon Hubner to the Committee, Devon was
involved in the Daniel Webster Council, and is looking to relocate to
Boothbay; he will be joining us on Wed. for the District Committee
Meeting.

Agenda for the meeting

Membership

Wal-mart would not let us set anything up during December, but we will
be at Dick's in Topsham next Sunday. I got mixed reactions on incentive
ideas for units but we can still discuss it briefly. WE need to clean
up unit inventories.

FOS

We are still under %50 for units scheduled, we need to get that number
up. We also need more presenters for next year. Please consider how
you can support the program for 2009 as the committee will kick off the
2009 campaign at this meeting.

Activities

We need to finalize Klondike Derby plans and get a call list together.
We also need to finalize plans for the Dinner. Jim will be selecting
the DAM award Committee.

Training

We need to start contacting traininers for the Feb training.
