May 2009 Commissioner Basic Training Start: 05/09/2009 - 08:30 End: 05/09/2009 - 16:45 This is official training offered by the Pine Tree Council for all registered Commissioners. Commissioner Basic Training is mandatory for all NEW commissioners. Commissioner Basic training is a great referesher for all current Commissioners, even if they have already had the training. Star to Eagle Conference Start: 05/09/2009 - 09:30 End: 05/09/2009 - 10:00 owneast District will host a Star to Eagle Conference on May 9, 2009 at the Wiscasset Scout Hall, Lincoln Street, Wiscasset. Registration and a meet & greet is at 9:30 a.m., followed by presentations, displays and Q&A sessions for Star and Life Scouts and their parents. We will cover Project descriptions, Paperwork, Organizing and Planning Your Time, Leadership and the Service Project, Planning a Court of Honor. May 2009 Owls Head Transportation Museum Scout recruting event Saturday May 9th 10am to 2pm Free admision for all kids adults are $10.00 for the museum - free to go into the auditorium They need to know about 2 weeks ahead if we will need to use their AV tools - they can show video, cd etc. The room holds apx 120 people. www.owlshead.org Rt 73 two miles south of Rockland, Across from the Knox County Airport.
