What are the reasons NOT to attend roundtable?

Why bother going to roundtable? Hard to come up with a reason TO go to roundtable if you don't understand the things about it which aren't worth attending for.

Don't misunderstand this thread. I'm actually trying to come up with reasons for people TO ATTEND roundtable. But I find it better to ask the inverse question. Instead of coming up with reasons to attend, what are the reasons not to attend?
