Unit of Honor

The Unit of Honor award goes above and beyond the National Quality Unit Award. Units may still achieve Quality Unit, which is really the minimum standard at which a Scouting unit should operate, and still not achieve Unit of Honor Status.

  • On-time charter renewal
  • Earn the Quality Unit Award
  • Participate in Family Friends of Scouting (FOS)
  • Participate in the Popcorn Sale
  • Participate in membership recruiting programs
  • Conduct a Webelos-to-Scout transition event
  • Retain membership
  • Conduct a summer outdoor program

  • Advancement
  • Roundtable attendance
