Signs of  Red Unit

  • Unit is not meeting.
  • No youth membership.
  • Unit has no committee.
  • No advancement for six months or more.
  • No participation in district events for six months or more.
  • Charter lapses.

 

Signs of a Yellow Unit

  • Youth members leaving.
  • No prepared program.
  • Conflicts with chartered organization.
  • No parental involvement.
  • Adult leaders not attending roundtables.
  • Unit leaders not trained.
  • Unit committee not trained.
  • No youth recruitment.
  • Adult conflicts.
  • Troops, Teams, Crews, Posts: Youth leadership not utilized
  • No advacncement for three months.
  • No outdoor program for three months.

 

Signs of a Green Unit

  • No serious problems.
